A second pizza delivery man has been attacked in Houghton Regis in the sppace of a week after an incident on Saturday September 21.
At about 8.15pm as the victim was making a delivery in BrentwoodClose, he noticed a group of six to eight males standing nearby.
As he made his way back to his vehicle he was stopped by an offender who demanded he handed over cash.
A second offender has then assaulted the victim from behind while a third offender threw a bike at the delivery driver which he managed to block with his bag.
When the victim began shouting for help, the three offenders and other youths fled the area taking the bag.
One of the offenders is described as a white male, 6ft, skinny, wearing a grey hooded top and a black handkerchief round his face.
The rest of the group were white males aged between 14-19 wearing dark sports clothing.
This follows an incident on September 14 when a delievery driver was attack and robbed of his delivery and £20 in cash in Trident Drive.
